If the product is in stock, the delivery time is 7-14 days. If the product is manufactured for the order the delivery time will vary between 6-8 weeks. If the delivery is delayed, we do our best to inform the estimated ship date within the stated delivery period.

Delivery options within Finland

Home delivery

We use an external service provider to deliver TABLEBED product(s) safely to your home. In Finland and Åland area, our partners are Niemi and Man in Van. If you have ordered ‘home delivery’, the product(s) are delivered to the front door. The customer needs to be able to carry the products inside to the product(s) intended location(s) themselves.

Please note that if you are not present at the agreed delivery time, the products will be transported back and a delivery fee will be charged for the new home delivery.

Local pickup

Tablebed Ltd offers customers to pick up their orders from Tablebed’s factory in Nastola, Finland. If you choose to pick up your TABLEBED product(s) as your delivery option, we will provide the instructions after we receive the confirmation of purchase. If you want to get a more detailed answer regarding the local pickup before making the purchase from our online store, you can contact our customer service at info(at)tablebed.com.

Home delivery with assembly service

Before the delivery with assembly service, make sure the product(s) to be delivered fits in the intended location(s) and the path to the intended location(s) is unobstructed.

According to occupational safety regulations, the team keeps safety shoes on the inside. Thus, ensure that the floor path to the intended location(s) is protected carefully. The Niemi or Man in Van team collects the packaging material with them and recycles them appropriately.

The assemble service can be ordered up to five (5) products. If you like to purchase more TABLEBED products with assembly service, please be in contact with our customer service at info(at)tablebed.com.

International delivery

Our online store is currently for customers who are located in Finland and Åland. If you like to order TABLEBED products outside Finland, please be in contact with our customer service for further information at info(at)tablebed.com.

Return rights

(a) If you place an order as a consumer, you have according to Consumer Protection Act the right to cancel the transaction within 14 days after receiving the product. You can return the product by using the free return service, operated by Posti. Before the return, you have to contact us, in order to get a confirmation for your return as well as the return form (PDF), which you have to attach to the return delivery. (b) If you want to be fully refunded from the returned product (this does not apply for warranty return), the product must be absolutely in its original state with all the parts and packaging material (so that we can sell the product with full price). If the return delivery is missing something or it is in a bad shape, we will keep, in most cases, 25 % of the purchase price as compensation for the damages. (c) Return rights don’t apply to the following product(s): Products that are, by consumer’s wish, specially custom made, ordered, or customized.
